Michael Hengst heads the activities of HeCoS.
With 30 years of Industry Experience in several different industries, he has lived through many succesful but also unsuccesful product development projects, and has learned hands-on, where to put the right focus.
HeCoS provides a one-stop-shop support solution for all aspects related to open innovation, product strategy definition, product development support, Industrial Partnerships and Industry 4.0 implementation.
